前回行った時は美味しくて改めて二度目の来店しました。 あまりにも対応と衛生面がひどくて口コミ書かざるおえないです。 正直疲れたので写真はほとんど撮り忘れました。 グラスから飛び出てテーブルに落ちた氷を素手で掴んで他のグラスに入れるという行動をお客さんが見えるところでするのもびっくりしますし。そのおかげで12歳の姪っ子のジュースの中にネイルがバッチリ入りました。最初は飲み物のフタなどに使われる金属のパーツだと思ってましたのですが、ホールスタッフが料理を置いた時にネイル見て確定できました。普通に見てた私たちも気持ち悪いと思いますし、姪っ子がその後色欲なくなったと言って可哀想だと思いました。 まずテーブルに落ちた物を戻す行為があり得ないですし、それを素手取って戻すとかいくら手が綺麗でも衛生的に問題があります。 それを別のスタッフに言った後ただ「無料でもう一杯のジュースをあげる」とか言われても一度当たったものはもう飲みたくないし。 食後、会計の時にそのスタッフに言っても「すみません」で流されて急いでどっかへ行ったのでそのスタッフもどうでもいい感じしかしなかったです。 せっかく料理自体は美味しかったので不味く感じた体験になりました。 魚金グループに書いたのですがただ何度も謝罪する無駄な時間のかかった電話しか来なかったです。 二度と来ません。

I had a good experience the first time i went and hence i made my second trip. It was not the best decision. the food was fine, it was the service and the response they had provided that made a bad experience even worse. it started out with the waitress having manicured nails. I always thought that F&B never allowed manicured nails (where i worked) so i was extremely perturbed that one of the waitresses had a set of gel nails on. That same waitress poured drinks. She dropped an ice cube on the table, used her bare hands to pick it up and put it into another drinking cup served to us. Very unfortunately, my 12 year old niece, when finishing her drink, said that she bit into something, and spat out something glittery. We thought it was a piece of metal from the drink cap, but when she served dishes afterwards, we realized it was the same grey glitter on her nail. We told another waitress about it and their only resolution was to give us another glass of juice (as if my niece has the appetite to drink it anymore.) The waitress with the manicured nails also served rice into our bowls, had her fingers on the INSIDE of the bowl when she carried it. it was really disturbing to know that her long nails barely any distance from the rice in the bowl. After the meal, we told what looked like the manager, but she just repeated “sorry” and hurried away. They did not seem apologetic about the poor hygiene experience, but more apologetic that they got caught. I wrote in to the company afterwards, with the same resolution of just repeating multiple apologies. They did not really have any...

Great atmosphere and great food.

The steak was kind of pricey, so I don’t recommend you to order that in this restaurant. Our friend just prefers cooked food over raw, so it is what it is.

Great place to come here with a group of friends...

a ridiculous amount of food. I do wish that there was less food and perhaps more emphasis on the taste which ranged from merely decent to excellent.

the desserts were very mediocre. would go again, but hopefully with better...
