Five stars is quite a high rating but I think it has good value for money. I went there after the lunch rush - around 2pm - so its probably not usually that quiet. You order from the table using the tablet there and menu. English option available on the tablet. For about 1900 yen I had a pretty Delux meal - lots of crab - and upgrading the miso soup was not just added clams but also a large size miso. Severely understaffed. Will wait a very long time to be seated even though there are lots of empty seats, because the staff are not cleaning the tables. Likely cuz too busy with other things.

The drink bar is really bad, ice bucket was full of water and no ice.

I ordered the sukiyaki set and the meat looked so sad plus the rice itself was very clumped up (like microwaved).

¥2000+ for this meal is just....🥲 Quality is way worse than yoshinoya or sukiya.

Also dont forget the screaming kids running around like its their playground.

Casual family restaurant walking distance from Komizawa-Daigaku station. We were there off peak, so it was nice and quiet, no wait. The tablet based ordering system has English and was super easy to use, which was a relief for us as we learn Nihongo.

My tonkatsu pork set was super generous and well cooked. Not too dry. My wife's crab dishes were varied but without much taste from the subtle crab.

Overall we enjoyed and would go back. Great...
