If you love bread, you would like Paon Syogetsu. Japanese Geinoujin famous actors and comedians often buy their An-cream pan (red bean + whip cream) as Sashiire, or a present to staffs of their shows. Since Paon was an originally Wagashi, Japanese sweets, maker, their anko (red bean paste) is just so perfect. You can’t buy an-cream pan unless you made a reservation at least a week ago before visit. You can order from 10 an-cream pans. It is DELICIOUS✨ It might be the best red bean sweets I’ve ever tasted in my life🥹The pan is only available in cold season (??-May).
If you forget to make a reservation, I recommend you to buy mentai france (mentaiko paste on soft bread) and tamago sand (egg sandwich). Those are both so great.
