Please note that I have been to this place only once, so my experience is limited.

That being said, the Hong Kong style noodles with pork that I ordered turned out to be a variety of very familiar Japanese ramen. I couldn't say that I got a taste of Hong Kong, which was a bit disappointing. Moreover, right after we left the place, I had some trouble with my stomach -- not sure if it's a coincidence, but I was fine the whole day before that.

Apart from that, the place has a pleasant atmosphere, and the service is really nice. The personnel is kind and available. The menu has some admittedly impressive pictures. I guess if you want to be on the safe side, it's a good idea to order something that would be typically not found in Japan so that you could get a genuine Hong Kong taste.

About 30 seats downstairs and it says 40 more upstairs, though I didn't look. Linear layout but feels comfortable and it was pretty busy when we were there. No wi-fi I could find.

新しいお店が開店したのかと思い入店しました。 前のお店が改装したのですね。

レビューを見るとイマイチ 確かに以前よりレベルダウンしました。 冷凍疑惑があるようですね。 量も少なく、提供温度も低いので冷凍や、レトルトと思わてしまうレベルです。

浜田山店は量も多くて、美味しいです。 西荻窪店は残念に思います。

【ランチ　メニュー】 ランチメニューは麺、粥、炒飯、点心でした。

【料理】 野菜タンメンを注文しました。 厨房から出て来た男性も「野菜タンメン」と復唱しました。 ですが、出てきたのは「ザーサイ湯麺」でした。 どちらも値段は同じでした。 そのまま食しました。 ランチメニューの写真の「野菜タンメン」と違いがわかりません。 お勘定にも「ザーサイ湯麺」と印字されています。 もしかしたら「野菜タンメン」にザーサイを入れたら「ザーサイ湯麺」なのでしょうか。 少しだけ八角を感じました。 八角が苦手ですが、普通に食べられました。

具材もシャキシャキ、スープもバランスが良く、麺もコシがありスープと絡みます。 麺の量が少ないです。 男性だと満足できない量でしょう。 スープが少しぬるく感じました。 ふつう、この手の麺は熱々で提供されます。
