4 stars only because there's always a long wait as a result of its popularity..... My husband and I happened to swing by their neighborhood on Jan 4 (Friday, some people start work, some still on holidays) trying to decide what to eat for lunch and found their line, as always, where soon we realized that they were opening in 2min and that we might be able to go in on the first round if we lined up immediately. We had checked out this place several times before, but with their long wait all the time, we never got the chance to go inside. Luckily we got in and we were ushered to the 2nd floor (our side of the room seated around20-25 ppl; there was another room on the 2nd floor). Didn't realize this place was that spacious. We ordered several plates and ended up paying around 8,000jpy (for two of us). The "Shun-satsu ro-su" was the best which was more like calbi with its fat but still great. I also loved the wasabi that came with it.

If you had their coupon (which you will get upon payment), the hormones will be all discounted to 400 jpy ish so that would be a great deal if you love hormones.

お正月は元日しか休業していないらしいホルモン青木２号店。偶然にも、祝日営業のランチ時間に1月4日に出くわすことができ、子供が産まれてから約２年弱ご無沙汰していた焼肉店（ホルモンだけど）！やはり、目の前の炭で焼かれる焼肉・ホルモンていいですね。いつもは行列で諦めていたものの、今回は幸運にもランチ営業開始時間から一巡目で入れました！入ってありがたかったのが、テーブル下にある荷物入れ。なんと、でかいゴミ袋が入ってて、そこにコートやジャケットを入れられるようになってました。匂いがつかないからいいですね。

色々注文しましたが、「瞬殺ロース」を2回頼みました。ロースらしからぬ脂分ですが、わさびと一緒に食べるとこれは瞬殺でした。ソフトドリンクも中ジョッキで三百円だし、クーポンも持っていればホルモン系がほとんど400円弱に割り引かれたり、今回は大人二人で8000円くらいでしたが、次回はクーポン利用でもうちょっと安くいけそうです。（クーポンはお会計時にもらえました。次回以降利用。）

☆は行列がいつもあって入れないので、その分１つ減点です！
