I visited this cafe last month on a short trip to Tokyo after exploring a hydrangea garden. This is such a great cafe for solo visitors to escape the summer heat and enjoy some time with a book/notebook or just their thoughts. The AC is strong, the food is tasty, and the iced coffee is so easy to drink. I recommend that visitors who do not speak Japanese take a moment to look at the menu photos available here and translate the guidelines for this cafe, as to not burden the kind owner with the task of explaining them. He's a one-man show, preparing all of the food and drinks himself, and doing it all wonderfully. I look forward to visiting again on my next...

After visiting this place, it’s one of my favorites in Tokyo. A great vibe and such a laidback environment. Music is great and so is Hikaru, who serves with a smile. The blend coffee was excellent and the the pound cake (which was warm) with whipped cream and roasted walnuts was simple but delicious. I’ll definitely be back to...

Lovely cafe. I really like the sweet red beans and butter toast. Also, their chai was very good, even though it is not their speciality. Overall, I would not say you should go their from the other edge of Tokyo. But if you are in the area, it is a good place to escape the Tokyo buzz and enjoy some...
