Really talented chef and an absolute delight of a menu. We enjoyed every single dish and liked the sustainable approach to the cooking here. What we found unfortunate and therefore the less perfect rating, was the drinks menu which lists approximate prices only and you don’t know what you order except for water and beer. What made it worse is that, while we outlined out preference for sake we were pushed into a red wine for the main which came at a hefty price tag of +20 eur a glass (listed menu price is ~6 eur!). The place looks beautiful with subtle accents of wood and clean lines and focus on featuring Japanese artists from glass to ceramics. The food is harmonious and beautiful.
