I didn't know much about this ramen shop, so I asked a staff (a man with "pink hair") What do you recommend? He just said "Blue" and he went to another table to carry water. At that time, I didn't understand that it was the answer to my question and I thought he was ignoring me, and when he came back, I said sorry? Then, he said "Blue" again, now I understand that Blue meant the blue ramen. I was very disappointed with the attitude of staff. I just wish that even though your a stranger in a certain place and have zero idea of whats in the menu, the staff will politely explain everything there is to know to meet customer satisfaction both for foreigners and local customers. by just simply saying "we recommend the blue ramen" witch is way far different than by just saying "blue" witch what everyone knows that blue is just a color and not a...
Read moreA very soothing and simple flavour yet with a very impactful colour. To go to Kipposhi, you need to find the closest 7eleven and take the stairs on the right, the restaurant will be just in front. Just like in a normal ramen place, you order through a machine before the staff shows you where to sit. The restaurant itself isn't too big but luckily there were enough sits during lunch time the day I went. Of course, the star of the place is definitely the eye catching blue ramen with its broth chicken flavoured, but the other very bright coloured ramen also look just as appetising and flavourful. Along with the firm noodles gently placed in the bowl, you have a soft boiled egg with a perfectly runny yolk, some pieces of fatty chicken and baby greens complementing nicely the presentation. All of this for only ¥1000. You can also get extra chicken for ¥300 more. A really nice culinary experience to have while being surrounded by Hatsune Miku's...
Read morei knew this place from 2 of the ramen guidebook (written by the local) as well as on the social media. so i saved it on the google map and must go in this trip!
it's inside the building so could easily be missed out.

it's nice and i'd recommend it. i'd also love to come again and try the other...
