Stop listening to these low ratings! Went here for the last day of our Japan trip and it was nothing but great! For a cheap price, you get high quality food. It's that simple! I honestly was surprised on how good the ramen was due to the ratings but it was amazing! Sure the iPad couldn't help out English speaking folks as much as other restaurants with the same order system, but that's why we have Google Translate available on our phones. In the end of the day, we are visiting a foreign country.

I went specifically because they had an "English" option on the iPad that you order from, I've noticed alot of japanese continue to speak to you in Japanese despite you not knowing it so I try to avoid the awkward encounters.. the English option doesn't work all, it translate's the order receipt on the right side but nothing else. I know I ate a bowl of ramen but I have no clue what it was called. It was good but my first bowl of ramen ever and the noodles were harder than I expected. Couldn't finish the whole thing it was...
