I recently had the pleasure of dining at Kushikatsu Tanaka Kodenmacho Training Center, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The outstanding service provided by Mirei and her colleague (whose name I unfortunately forgot) truly made our visit memorable.
From the moment we stepped into the restaurant, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. Mirei and her colleague went above and beyond to ensure that we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our entire meal. Their attentiveness and friendly nature created a pleasant and inviting atmosphere.
Communication was a breeze, thanks to their excellent command of English. They patiently answered our questions, made recommendations, and even engaged in delightful conversations with us. It was refreshing to have such seamless communication in a foreign country.
Now, let's talk about the food. The menu at Kushikatsu Tanaka Kodenmacho Training Center is a delight for the taste buds. Despite the bustling atmosphere and the restaurant being busy, our orders arrived promptly. The kitchen staff deserves praise for their efficiency and attention to detail.
Among the delectable dishes we tried, the cheese-potato mochis stole the show. These little bites of heaven were a perfect blend of creamy cheese and tender potato. Each bite was a burst of flavor, leaving us craving for more. The chefs at this restaurant certainly know how to create culinary masterpieces.
I would highly recommend Kushikatsu Tanaka Kodenmacho Training Center to anyone seeking an extraordinary dining experience. The combination of excellent service, delicious food, and a warm ambiance makes it a standout establishment. A special thank you to Mirei and her colleague for their impeccable service and even escorting us to the door to bid us farewell. It's these personal touches that truly make a restaurant stand out.

Read morePoor. Shameful and embarrassing service. Even the staff admitted how lousy they were. They spoke ok English with an English menu. But the whole team was lousy today.
charge us for a supposedly free appetizer did not offer us dice games or kids games did not offer kids their promised takoyaki did not inform food was out of stock avoid if you want a good time shameful and embarrassing for the restaurant.
They did not offer us the free plain cabbage appetizers till we asked. And we were charged for them. 300yen per person.
Ordered an udon. Only half way through the dinner, when we asked for it, did they tell us they did not put in the order. 10min later, return to tell us that udon is out of stock.
Between the 15 sticks we ordered, most tasted ok. Tried very hard to like it. But it's at best average. Supposed to come with a sweet sauce. But they did not offer it to us. Until we noticed other tables having it. Finished most of our sticks without the sauce.
This place was meant to be fun. With dice games with every stick. And kids playing rock/paper/scissors for drinks/toys. None of that was offered to us. Even the locals look miserable.
At payment, when confronted with all their shortcomings, the kitchen staff appeared ashamed. they should feel ashamed of what they put out as a product. Laughable.
Paid 50 usd (approx 7200yen) for 2 sides, 4 drinks and 15 sticks in total.

Please stay away from this place, more than 3000 yen wasted, better go to Yoshinoia 10 meters at the corner of the street and if you still want to go, please at least send back that ridiculous small plate of cabbage, it's not...
