Incredible pizza. The best I have had from a more casual eatery.
I came with two friends about 10 minutes after opening on a weekday night and were seated immediately. We were the first party there, but as we sat, other parties soon trickled in. There's a 2 hour-ish table reservation period, but frankly that was more than enough time for us to order and eat.
The interior is cozy and gives off a homey warmth. We were seated in one of the only spots meant for a party of 4, so larger parties beware. True to its description, there is a small wood fired oven in the kitchen, which adds a quaint flair to the location.
We ordered some antipasti, and two pies; one margherita with prosciutto, and another on a separate menu. Our server was multilingual and his English quite good. No problems communicating at all, although it does help that we can understand a bit of Japanese.
The pizza, phenomenal. It felt like the pizza were each prepared and baked individually, so there's a bit of a wait, but is totally worth it. Proportions? A bit small, but for a quality pizza, I'm completely fine with this. The dough has a nice char on the outside with pockets of bubbles, and the inside, airy with a bit of chew.
I had a fantastic experience here. If you're willing to wait a bit for a quality pizza, then look no further. I'll definitely be back when I stay...

After walking a lot from our hotel, at 8pm we finally found the place and enter: my wife, my kids (6 and 4 years old) and me. We say: "Excuse me, do you have place for four people?" Then the waiter looked at us and said absolutly unrespectful: "I am sorry but today is full". Then, he turned back and continue doing his things. I don't know if it was for the kids, for me that I am not Japanese or any other thing but it was still soon and he could say something more polite like "it is full right now, if you want you have to wait around 45 minutes...". First time this happened to...

The ambience was quite nice - the shop is small / narrow so it felt rather cozy. Various Italian objects and items are on display that gave off a real feel of being somewhere in Naples. You can tell the staff out a lot of thought and effort into the deco.
Customer service was also very attentive and left nothing to be desired...
All in all, great place to have high quality pizza in the Ningyocho/Nihonbashi area on a reasonable budget.
Will definitely consider...
