La Tequila — Restaurant in Tokyo

Super mal servicio, una estafa de lugar, no son claros con los precios, el lugar no es verdaderamente mexicano, te cobran hasta por respirar, no lo recomiendo, la comida está solo bien, nada especial verdaderamente. Quien va y quiere experimentar una experiencia mexicana, no vaya. No se dejen engañar por las risas y un aparente buen trato, todo eso es falso, preguntas la cuenta, preguntas que te cobraron y hasta se enoja el dueño del lugar y decir que así "funciona" no resuelve nada!!!

Bad service, the place is a huge scam, prices not clear, the place is not really Mexican, you have to pay for almost breathing, i wouldn't recommend it, the food it's just ok, nothing really special. If you want to live a Mexican experience that's not the place you are looking for. Don't be fooled by the smiles and the good laughs, that's all fake, you ask for what your paying and he gets mad and saying "that's how it works" doesn't solve anything!!!

Ps. About the answer, can you see how extremely rude and unprofessional he is? Believe me dude, I can pay for my order with no problem, money is not the issue, atleast not for me, and you said it yourself in the "restaurant", that's how it works "everywhere" including Mexico, and that's just not it, don't lie to your customers, I paid my order with no issue, I just wanted to know all the fees beforehand, and when I asked you for what I'm paying, you where extremely rude! When I didn't even complain, I was literally just asking... Your attitude is the biggest...

Bad experience.

Male server was in our faces and was coughing constantly. Never covered his mouth. We should have left sooner.

6 tacos, 1 beer, 1 pineapple juice, 1 house red wine, and 1 order of guacamole and chips (10 chips and a tablespoon of guac), and a hidden charge for live music (that actually was quite good, even if the sound system was awful) without telling us, resulted in an 8400en tab.

I am also a musician and I believe it's important to pay your musicians, but to not tell your customers is wrong.

Outrageous.

The male server was also coughing everywhere (did I mention that? I was reminded of that over and over again) and touching our plates even after they’d been served to us (why!?). He was super creepy.

I will never come here again.

What dishes do I recommend? None. It's Kameido, there's plenty of delicious...

If you are looking for authentic Mexican food and are less concerned about price, this restaurant may be worth a visit. The dishes were true to traditional Mexican cuisine, which I appreciated. However, I did find the additional charges to be excessive. There was a 300 yen per person fee just to enter, a 500 yen per person charge for “live music” even though we only heard two live songs (with the rest played from YouTube), and a 10% consumption tax added to the total bill. For context, we ordered 3,800 yen worth of food (4 dishes), yet our final bill came to 8,600 yen after these extra fees.
