The location is just a stone throw from Kinshicho Station which has almost everything - from baby stores (Nishimatsuya, OIOI, GU, PARCO and lots of food choices). the hotel room itself is exactly as advertised, very clean with daily room service. the breakfast is served based on your preferred timing, with trays to your room.

The bathroom is very modern and clean. the toilet seat has auto set sensor and heater, just amazing, and Refa hairdryer. The beds were by far the best we experienced in Tokyo.

Kinshicho station is connecting multiple JR line and Hanzomon making it very easy to visit central areas like Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ikebukuro...

Great hotel with all the amenities you can dream of! You can order the amenities to the room by using a tablet such as bath salt, toothbrush, facial cream etc. A well tasting continental breakfast was included in the price. The beds were awesome and a big plus for the huge bathtub! The only negative was there was absolutely NO view! In order to see what the weather was like we had to get up and stand on a bench to reach the window right below the ceiling. We wish we had known there was not a normal window in the room. Very bad attitude! Last night, we had already confirmed with the front desk that we would be making a late payment for our checkout today. However, this morning, someone suddenly came knocking on our door aggressively, demanding that we leave. He refused to let us explain and kept rudely saying, "No, no, no!"

Is this the kind of attitude a service industry should have? In the end, we still paid for the late checkout before leaving, but what was supposed to be a happy journey home was completely ruined by this experience. So frustrating! Their attitude...
