Le Lion — Restaurant in Tokyo

I've been here 20+ times for lunch between 2017 and 2021. Really good food. Booked it for a dinner today (2024) and selected terrace as it was the last available option. I know from the past they have a shade/cover for the terrace and in summer they would throw the shade on and run the A/C from the inside. Instead when we arrived in the middle of ~100% humidity and 37 degrees heat, the shades were up, the door closed and a small fan that was so weak I walked by it without realising. Asking if we could move into the restaurant we were told there was no space as there'd be customers coming soon (the restaurant at this point, 18:40 was completely empty with not a single person inside, and at least 2 tables which did not have cutlery or reserved signs prepared). Regardless, there was no apology to the conditions and absolutely mind boggling that they thought it would be okay to eat a hot 3 course meal in above-bulb temperature. Poor service. If the terrace isn't functionable in the heat (most places will provide A/C and a sheltered space) - then either make it clear or don't offer it...

The decoration is really cute, looks a lot like bistro in France. Service is not super warm or nice, I understand it’s a late time, but I felt coldness and ignorance during my visit.
