I've been here 20+ times for lunch between 2017 and 2021. Really good food. Booked it for a dinner today (2024) and selected terrace as it was the last available option. I know from the past they have a shade/cover for the terrace and in summer they would throw the shade on and run the A/C from the inside. Instead when we arrived in the middle of ~100% humidity and 37 degrees heat, the shades were up, the door closed and a small fan that was so weak I walked by it without realising. Asking if we could move into the restaurant we were told there was no space as there'd be customers coming soon (the restaurant at this point, 18:40 was completely empty with not a single person inside, and at least 2 tables which did not have cutlery or reserved signs prepared). Regardless, there was no apology to the conditions and absolutely mind boggling that they thought it would be okay to eat a hot 3 course meal in above-bulb temperature. Poor service. If the terrace isn't functionable in the heat (most places will provide A/C and a sheltered space) - then either make it clear or don't offer it...

2023/8/XX (Lunch) 恵比寿での所用後にランチ目的で訪問。 人気店との事で、万が一満席の場合は、近くの「親鶏中華そば 綾川」に行くつもりで、予約無しで突撃しました。 店内混んでいましたが、残りの一卓を確保出来ました。（土曜日の12:45） 客層は、私以外は女性グループとカップル客のみでした。 ランチメニューは、5種類ほど。 普段使いであれば、メインが肉か魚の二択になりそうですが、休日訪問ということもあり、事前に決めていた下記をオーダー。 ◾️牛リブロースステーキとフライドポテト＠2,500円（税込） ※パン、ドリンク付き ◾️バスク風チーズケーキ@750円 テラス席もあるお店ですが、この暑さでテラス席を利用しているお客さんは皆無。 店内は、如何にもビストロといった雰囲気で、少しワイガヤしてます。 サラダはシンプルなグリーンサラダで、ビネガーの効いたフレンチタイプのドレッシングがよく絡まっていました。 ロースステーキは、特にソースは無く、塩胡椒とマスタードで頂くフレンチスタイル。火の通し方はウェルダンに近い印象ですが、お肉は適度に柔らかく、旨味もそこそこありました。 何より、しっかりしたボリューム（200g以上？）があるのが良いですね。 添えられたフライドポテトもたっぷりあって、カリカリで美味しかったです。 最後に、アイスコーヒーと別注のバスクチーズを頂きました。オレンジピールのジャムが添えられていて、滑らかなら食感と程良い甘さのクリームチーズ感があって、美味しいチーズケーキでした。 願わくば、パンはリベイクして、バターかオリーブオイルをつけてくださるとなお良いかと。 なお、接客については、丁寧で且つサービスに対する意識も高いと思います。 今回は、ロースステーキをオーダーしましたけど、魚や肉メインのランチだったら、もう少しコスパの評価を高くしたかもしれません。 気軽にビストロランチを楽しめる良いお店ではないでしょうか。 ご馳走様でした。
