I had a very interesting experience here, this ramen restaurant is run by an all hearing impared team of chefs and when I went there on a Saturday, every second patron was hearing impared, it was very unusual to have people sitting across the ramen counter, with occasional loud laughing breaking out in an otherwise totally silent restaurant, the only noise coming from the automatic voice machine, when someone opened the restaurant door. I had the salt ramen, it was decient. 3 stars for the food, 4 for...

A ramen shop run by hearing impaired people. The shoyu ramen was pretty good, having a clean chickeny flavour and with the wantons tasting more like a xiao long bao than a traditional wanton but nonetheless delicious. there are little tabs along the ticket machine that lets you customise your order...
