I enjoyed this little katsu place. It’s all about the fried goods here, with all kinds of options ranging from cutlets to croquettes. I ended up tying the minced meat (メンチ) version and it was fantastic. It’s a meat shop than seems to have been in business for a long time and sells some delicious street food as well. The service was fast and friendly, and the croquette was still warm.

There are so many signatures outside of the stall. Queuing is usually needed for purchasing but the queue moved so fast, so it takes around 5 min for 7/8 people queuing in front of you. I ordered this 谷中メンチ (Yanaka Menchi) and this deep-fried minced meat cutlet is crispy and juicy.
