I'm not an absolute expert on ramen but I gave this place five stars as it really checked a lot of the boxes for me. When you enter there is an ordering machine where you put in the money and then choose your ramen - thin or thick noodles, level of spice ( colour coded) and topping and flavour choices. It looks like a mom and pop type operation - and the lady who did the serving was extremely kind and helpful. I had a medium chilli ramen with corn and it was delicious. Really generous servings and everything was piping hot. Amazing value. As a foreigner who doesn't speak much Japanese I felt really welcome and there was a great atmosphere. Definitely going back!

・つけ麺　1050円 ・カンパ缶　1皿20円✖︎2(もやしとメンマ)

【火吹きもやし】 そんなに辛くはない。 唐辛子の辛さよりも、ブラックペッパーの辛さの方が目立つ印象。 この辛さを目安に火吹きメニューを食べようと考えていたので、少々肩すかし。 もやしは無料の所も多いので、あえて取る必要はないかなと思われる。

【メンマ】 辛味のあるメンマ。 まさにメンマといった印象で、小さいお皿とはいえ、20円のトッピングは安い。 卵の方がお得感はある。が、私はそんなに好きではない。

【つけ麺】280g 少食になった私としてはお腹いっぱいに。

味は魚介系が最初に来るものの、後から味噌の甘さが出てくる。 味噌つけ麺は、味噌の甘さが重要だと感じているため好印象。

お皿に具が結構乗っているが、つけ汁の方には具は一切なし。 店内が暑かったので熱い具を求めていなかったこともあり、問題なし。

つけ麺かつ味噌なので、味が濃いのはご愛嬌。

【その他気になったこと。】 店内が非常に暑い。 外も暑いし、料理をすることによる暑さでダブルパンチ。 冷房くらいつけていいのでは？

お茶がぬるい 麺が冷えないようにとか、電気代節約で冷房をつけていないなら、 飲み物くらい冷たくしては？

接客 麦飯無料だけど欲しければ言ってくださいとポップに書いてありますが、初見は気づかない。 聞いてくれてもいいのでは？
