Well-known as Japanese style pasta/italian restaurant in the west area of Tokyo. One of their signature, Mentaiko pasta has pleased Mentaiko lovers all over Japan.
If you are a freek of Natto, you must order natto add-on topping. The collaboration of their pasta and natto is just classic.
Uni-mentai(sea urchin paste mixed with mentai) is symbolic menu of them though, I recommend Shmeji(Japanese mushroom) or Asari(Japanese shell) sauce. Shimeji's or Asari's lighter taste sauce with mentai is the best to enjoy their chewy noodle, in my opinion.
Salad with their original sauce and onion sauce for lunch set are also great to wait for their pasta. From there appetisers, you can tell their enthusiasm for cuisine.
