If you like spicy food and ramen noodle, you should eat at Mouko Tanmen Nakamoto. The menu shows how much the ramen is spicy... with the number of fire mark. The spiciest ramen here is Hokkyoku Ramen, means "North Pole Ramen noodle." Sounds cold, but it is really spicy and hot! Be careful, not for beginners. They also have English menus, and it shows the grade of spices with the number. I ordered Miso Tanmen (vegetable noodle), spicy level 3 because I am not that strong for spicy food. This is spicy for me but still can taste flavor and deliciousness in hot soup. The noodles are thick and big volume with various vegetables. I got sweaty but the ramen was tasty. My friend loves spicy food, and she ordered Gomoku Mouko Tanmen (Tofu, vegetable, meat, egg, etc noodle), spicy level 6. It looks very spicy enough even though the level is 6! She likes ramen here, it is spicy and delicious. If the chili pepper is not enough, you can add... I don't think so !☆♪♯!! 辛いもの好きにはたまらないお店なんでしょうね🎵

If you think you tried spicy, get prepared to get your taste buds challenged because this is the most spiciest ramen place ive been to. Prices are 1400 yen for ramen without the add ons. This place is only worth if you wanna try out the spicy ramen. They provide a water in a canteen for you to pour into your cup whenever you needed it. I got number eight and took a few bites of my ramen before giving up. I would recommend to get the least spiciest ramen to enjoy your experience if you wanna enjoy your bowl.

「蒙古タンメン中本 目黒店」に行きました。 東京を中心に店舗を展開している激辛ラーメンを売りにしているお店です。 ドラマ「ラーメン大好き小泉さん」で登場したり、セブンイレブンで販売されているカップラーメンになったりと話題になっています。 店舗はいろいろあるけれど、ラーメン大好き小泉さんで登場した目黒店にしました。JR目黒駅から徒歩5分程度で好立地です。 それにしてもまだ朝の10時半過ぎにもかかわらずほぼ満席状態です。 朝から激辛ラーメンハードじゃないですか！？ 辛さのレベルも様々で辛さがマイルドなものもあるようです。 麻婆豆腐の定食もあるようです。 本来、徐々に辛さのレベルを上げていくべきなのでしょうが、そうそう行けるお店ではないし、いきなりこれを選びました。 北極ラーメン！！ 最高レベルの辛さのラーメンで辛旨ラーメンの頂点を極めたラーメン（らしい）。 LINE@のサービスはゆで卵にしました。 真っ赤なスープの北極ラーメンがやってきました。 恐る恐るレンゲでスープを一口・・・。 いきなり辛すぎてむせそうになりました（汗） たまらず水を飲んでもやしを食べる。 地獄の辛さの中に浮かぶ天国ゾーンのもやし＆ゆで卵。 天国ゾーンをどのような配分で食べるかがポイントになりそうです。 スープの表面に油の層があってこれがスープのフタの役割になっていて熱々のスープ温度を維持しています。 麺を食べようにもすすって食べようものなら喉に激痛が走って無理。 そろりそろりと麺を食べることにしました。 辛すぎてうま味の部分が分かりませんから・・・。 天国ゾーンのもやし＆ゆで卵もあっという間になくなってしまい、水を飲みながら頑張りました。 今までいろいろ辛い系ラーメンは食べましたがここまで辛いのはないですね。 特にスープが熱いから辛さが倍増しています。 そして勝利の瞬間！！！ さすがにスープを飲み干すことは出来ませんでしたがほぼ完食！ 麺を食べ終え、徐々に冷めてきたスープを飲んでいると分かったのですが、このスープはまさに辛旨でした。

Spicy ramen with lots of tofu and veggies. #6 spice level is ok and medium spice. If you can stomach spicy 🔥 go for #8 or #9. Seating is counter style ramen, ordering via vending machine. Tip: If you use nakamoto app you can get points and free oolong tea/large noodles/raw egg.

Came here because of ゲキカラドウ. It is spicy but not crazy. Although I only tried a level 5, my friend tried level 8. The chef told us that it wasn't spicy. When we asked what is spicy he said level 9/10 is the true spicy level. It was very busy all the way until closing time.

I think they're famous for the Mongolian noodles (level 5) and miso noodles (level 3 spiciness) which are first 2 options on left of vending machine. I had major difficulty ordering because it's all in Japanese. i got the Miso but it's not spicy. Really delicious though
