Fantastic niboshi-ramen that doesn't use any MSG. Despite being on the lighter side, the bowl was still full of umami! The lean braised pork and thin noodles were fantastic making this a "healthier" ramen bowl. Personally the perfect amount of noodles, but for those who like to eat a lot, I suggest you add a rice bowl for some extra carbs! Crowd Size: Average Serving Speed: Fast Payment Method: Cash only

I stopped by around 3PM so it was quite empty. You order from the electronic kiosk by the door. There’s an English option which is great for tourists. The ramen noodles were nice and chewy but the broth was too salty for my taste. I would recommend picking the light broth option. The charsu was tender! Thank you!

Interesting niboshi style ramen! The broth is fairly light with a surprising level of umami. The niboshi flavor and texture comes through really nicely. I think the broth also has a little bit of chopped pickles of some sort 🤔 overall it was nice. The noodles are very thin, straight and firm. Not the style I normally go for but, pretty addicting! I feel like i can eat a lot of these noodles 😆 The chashu is salty and has a bit of a smoky flavor. It sort of reminds me of American jerky in a way, but nice and fatty.

Nice experience, although it looks a bit hidden, worthy of trying. The ticket machine has also english option, so you it’s english-speaker customers friendly. Ramen (wakayama style) is nice and gets nicer while you eat more and more, having a really delicious soup at the end. Totally recommended.

Well tasted fish soup 出汁 and soy source based soup ramen. Pork slices 叉焼 also tastes good, littele bit spiced, stimulates your apitalizer. Tsukemen, that I had today, is more tasted and flavored than normal, you can enjoy one of the masterpiece of the Japanese soy soyrce ramen.

どうも^ ^ どうもどうもです^ ^ イヤーーー。 今日は朝から雨が降っております‥ 昨日まであんなに晴れてたのに‥ 明日は祝日^ ^ 仕事がお休みです！ 嬉しいなぁ〜^ ^ こんな嬉しい日はやっぱり‥ ‥ラーメン食べたいです^ ^ 今日は仕事で三田に来てます^ ^ 気になっているお店に向かいます♪ その名も‥ むらさき山さんです♪ 到着時刻 11時30分 先客 2人 オペレーション 3人 店内カウンター席のみ。 食券制です。 注文した物 紫ラーメン(オススメ) 1000円也。 店内の食券機で購入して〜 カウンターに座ります。 店内を見ながら待っていると〜 着丼です♪ わぁー。 美味しそうです^ ^ いただきまーす♪ 先ずはスープを〜 旨旨。 お店イチオシの無化調スープです。 魚介豚骨のスープですね。 鰹の出汁が効いていて 美味しいです♪ 無化調って事もあり、 ジャンク感はあまり無いですね。 続いて麺を〜 旨旨。 細麺のストレート麺です。 噛めば噛むほど 小麦の味がしっかり感じられますね。 美味しいです^ ^ 続いてチャーシューを〜 旨旨。 薄切りにされたバラ肉チャーシューが 3枚入っていました。 薄いチャーシューなので あまり旨味が感じられなかったです。 続いて味玉を〜 旨旨。 半熟にされた味玉。 これは鉄板で美味しいですね♪ 途中から味変で ホワイトペッパーを〜 旨旨。 魚介系スープのラーメンには ホワイトペッパーが合いますね^ ^ って事で〜 完食です♪ ご馳走さまでした♪ 無化調推しの むらさき山さん。 ラーメンと言うと ジャンク感が後を引くあの感じ。 食べ終わった後の幸福感‥ 溜まりません^ ^ やっぱり無化調なので そこら辺は弱いかも‥ また来まーす♪
