There were quite a numbers of negative comments about the attitude of the staffs, in particular the young female staff. I am sharing my own experience here just as a reference point.
We might be lucky as there was only a young male staff other than the chef (owner?). The young staff were polite and friendly. He actually took initiative and asked us if we needed an English menu. He was the only person taking care of the services, cashier, brewing coffee, and cleaning, etc. I found him diligent. The chef/owner was busy cooking inside the counter thus interaction was limited. When we left, we said ごちそうしまでした and he greeted us back. I found him reasonably well-mannered.
The food was awesome. Omelette Rice was cool, especially the omelette - silky and intensive taste of egg with just the right moisture. The curry had a lot of different spices and was thick. Coffee was also excellent as we ordered a French and an Italian roast.

I don't know when we'll meet again, but I hope NANATSUMORI will continue to operate for...

(you sell cake, why don’t you? Is more business for you), they cannot print out receipt and if you ask they give you a dirty handwritten paper (literally with liquids and stain on it). It seems they really don’t like what they do and clients coming in. That’s a pity. I’ll just give up going despite of...
