Immediately greeted with such hospitality —We didn’t realise how intimate the restaurant was so we ended up coming in with massive suitcases straight from the airport. they accommodated us by rearranging furniture which was truly above and beyond. the workers were so lovely and gave me great recommendations. lastly, the hot cakes were so good and i’m grateful to have experienced them as my first meal in japan! i want to go back before i leave and will certainly be recommending...

錦糸町駅から徒歩５分くらい押上方面に向かって厚焼き ホットケーキ カフェねこづき錦糸町店があります 開店したことはインスタグラムで知っていたのですが、ようやく伺えました 夕方近かったので席がありました、ラッキー フレンチトーストとホットケーキを注文しました さすが、ホットケーキの研究をされてきたお店で、フレンチトーストもとても美味しい～ 少し柔らかめで最初は好みではないかと思ったら大間違い、柔らかく、食べ応えと甘さに埋没しない美味しさもあって、大好きになりました～ そして看板のホットケーキは追加でトッピングが選べたのでベリーをお願いしました ホットケーキは懐かしい味もするし、洋菓子の焼き菓子を食べているような食感があるし、粉の配合が重たすぎず、軽すぎずのバランスの良いものになっています 焼き上がり感も大好きな仕上がりで、量もたっぷりあるのですが、シロップをかけていくつかの味わい方を楽しみながら、あっというまに食べてしまいました 間違いなくリピートします。

From Kinshicho Station, walk about 5 minutes towards Oshiage and you will find the Nekozuki Hotcakes Cafe Kinshicho. I knew on Instagram that they had opened, but I finally got to visit! It was close to the evening so there was a seat, I was lucky. I ordered French toast and pancakes. As you would expect of an owner who has studied pancakes, the French toast is very good too! It was a little soft and at first I thought it wouldn't be to my liking, but I was wrong, it was soft, and I loved it because it was so delicious and not buried in the texture and sweetness of the food - I loved it! And for the signature pancakes, we asked for berries because we had a choice of additional toppings! The pancakes have a nostalgic taste, the texture is like eating western baked goods, and the flour mixture is well-balanced, not too heavy or too light! The pancakes were cooked to a finish that I love, and although the amount is generous, I ate them in no time at all, enjoying several flavors with syrup! I will definitely be back...

錦糸町のずっと気になっていたホットケーキ屋さんに 行ってきました

・えらべる2つのミニホットケーキ(ドリンク付き)2,380円 ノーマルと抹茶をチョイス ドリンクは黄金の香り玄米茶

ホットケーキの焼くところをみれて バターが溶けていくところから ホットケーキをひっくり返すところまで 心の中で一人で歓声が上がっていました

ホットケーキの生地は縁がサクサクで 塩味が効いていてそれがまた 癖になる美味しさでした

玄米茶もアイスでも美味しくて感動していました

プレーンも抹茶もどちらも美味しくて どちらがおすすめ！と決められなかったです

メープルシロップがたっぷり添えられているのも 好みに合わせて変えられるのでとり🐥的推しポイント

I finally visited a pancake shop in Kinshicho that I’d had my eye on for a while • Pick Two Mini Pancakes (with drink) I chose the classic and the matcha flavors. For the drink, I went with their fragrant golden roasted brown rice tea (genmaicha)

You can watch them cook the pancakes — from the butter melting to the moment they flip the pancakes — and honestly, I was cheering inside the whole time

The pancake batter had crispy edges with a touch of saltiness, which made them incredibly addictive and delicious

Even the iced genmaicha was amazing — I was genuinely impressed

Both the plain and matcha pancakes were so good that I honestly couldn’t choose a favorite
