Niruvana Indian Cuisine — Restaurant in Tokyo

Overview: it's an Indian Japanese owned restaurant and they have maybe 3 more restaurants around Shizuoka prefecture. It been one month they open this restaurant in akabane. Food: first I ordered mutton tikka masala and a plain nun separately but the owner and the waitress suggest me to have the set it will be cheap for me and have extra items come with it. I liked the chicken tikka a little bit salty side but loved it. As for the salad I liked the souce or dressing on it. But for mutton tikka masala found out that they boiled the mutton separately and mix with the after get order this is kind of strange and unflavourful for me but the reason behind that most of the customers are Japanese and they don't like mutton smell for that reason they boiled it separately but the curry was damm good more than enough for one person. As for mango lassi I think they used condensed milk in to make it thick a little hard to sollow but I liked it.Maybe set included 1 or 2 more nun but they should have told me earlier about it. Atmosphere: l liked the weather inside and songs 😁. Allover restaurant is really good and I hope will. come again. Liked the owner and the waitress they were really cute. 〈２５年９月〉 浜松「インディアンカフェ＆ヒーリングスペース　ダヤ」、掛川「デリー」など多店舗展開している静岡発のインド料理店が赤羽・ララガーデン（すずらん商店街）にオープンしました。

ご店主（女将さん）の話では、「浜松ではスズキ自動車関連のインド人のお客さんも多く、本格インド料理メニューにも自信があります。もちろん赤羽でもご提供しています（※女将さん自身もスズキでのご勤務経験があるそうで）」とのことで、レギュラーメニューとは別の英語で書かれたメニューから、ジャガイモとカリフラワー「アルゴビ」（税込み８５０円）を「チャパティ」「タンドリーロティ」（※ともに１枚１５０円）と合わせてみました。

これがともに予想をはるかに上回る美味しさで、「浜松と同じ値段で提供させていただいてます」と値段もリーズナブルです。 ストリートスナックの「パニプリ」も前菜で頼みましたが、こちらもいい感じでした。

メニューも多彩で、「近く南インド料理メニューも始めたいー」とも伺いました。これはリピート確実です。

〈２５年９月〉 さっそく再訪しました。静岡発の店らしさのあるメニューをドリンクで発見。「緑茶ラッシー」と「ほうじ茶ラッシー」。各テーブル横に貼ってありますが、掛川・田中農園産の茶葉とのことで、人生初体験の「ほうじ茶ラッシー」を注文。これが香り良く、ほんのり甘いながらも、ちょうどいいラッシー加減でした。
