I’m proud of myself as pasta lover. Now I can say this is one of the best pasta. Especially the fresh noodle is nice. You can enjoy fresh pasta with a chewy texture and various seasonings. Especially my favorite is Genovese pasta with fresh tomato and home made bacon. I can’t count how many times I ordered it. And wonderful thing is that you can buy fresh pasta noodle and take home here. Actually I planed to move my house to Ikejiri ohashi because of this pasta restaurant. Some day, I would try to M&A this pasta restaurant. Thank you for coming to my TED TALK today.

The restaurant is run by three men. It was a homey atmosphere. The set salad was large and filling. The pasta with shiso leaves and baby sardines, which I had a hard time deciding on, was a little too salty for me, but the pasta was chewy and delicious.

The restroom was also kept clean. It was nice to have options other than cash, such as credit card, e-money, QR code payment, etc.
