I’m proud of myself as pasta lover. Now I can say this is one of the best pasta.

Especially the fresh noodle is nice. You can enjoy fresh pasta with a chewy texture and various seasonings. Especially my favorite is Genovese pasta with fresh tomato and home made bacon. I can’t count how many times I ordered it. And wonderful thing is that you can buy fresh pasta noodle and take home here.

I was staying at Enishi Hostel and found it. Great wine selection by the glass. Home-cured bacon and tomato pasta was perfect with a glass of Merlot. Pasta was very thick noodles, but that might vary with the sauce. A pesto and clams pasta also looked tempting. Portions are not overwhelming but larger servings are 200 yen more for big appetites. The restaurant is run by three men. It was a homey atmosphere. The set salad was large and filling. The pasta with shiso leaves and baby sardines, which I had a hard time deciding on, was a little too salty for me, but the pasta was chewy and delicious.

The restroom was also kept clean. It was nice to have options other than cash, such as credit card, e-money, QR code payment, etc.
