Let me share the context of my experience. The previous day I entered a Chinese noodle shop which is next to this shop on the corner. While ordering the staff gave me useful information, and when the order arrived it was as shown on the menu. Additionally, each seat and table was provided with the full range of condiments.
So today I entered this shop. When the order arrived there was a discrepancy between the photo and the order. I noticed compared to other pho shops there wasn't garlic in vinegar condiment, which is very important. Then after I finished eating the staff brought the condiment from another table, and laughingly said "Oh the other table was using it, mousiwake arimasen."
So I won't feel it necessary to return here, especially as there are much better...

We befriended the chef when he was the chef for Pho Vui in Nishi Waseda, and followed him here when he decided to open his own restaurant under his name here.
Being a Pho connoisseur, or Pho-snob myself, this place gets my full mark in terms of flavor and authenticity. I used to frequent all the famous Pho places back in Hanoi growing up, and finally I have a place to go to here in Tokyo, and it is this place.
