The pizza is absolutely tasty, just like it was mentioned so many times in the comments. Simple but great — everything really hit the spot. What’s special about this pizza is that even after leaving it out for an hour, it still tastes amazing. The crust stays nice and mochi mochi, and the filling remains juicy.
Story is I was just a passerby in Daikanyama when I came across this food truck. I had no idea it was internet-famous. The shop owner, Hisa, is incredible. A former opera singer turned rising pizza 師匠, just sitting and let me ramble on for an hour with my bad jokes, revealed a bit of his great life, but totally skipped how stylish his two dogs are— how humble can a person be?
