The vibe is typical big money Starbucks, lots in marketing and looking おしゃれ (fancy). But, the coffee tastes burnt. No "notes of dark chocolate" " black cherry" or "hints of caramel" can make up for the flavor of this coffee.

The marketing team gets five stars, but their choice of music brings it down to a 3.

Service is a 2 because, despite my dissatisfaction with the overpriced coffee, the nice lady brought out some samples of panettone.

But, the coffee itself is unforgivably bad. I let the staff know this in a comical way as soon as I sipped it. After I laughed, of course.

The guy in the corner gave me a sour look as if I insulted the queen. What a worm.

I've had food here three times, including today, and have not once had any that I thought was good, much less for the prices.

Today, I came for another taste test and bought two kinds of pizza and at least 4-5 types of savory breads. Not a single one was tasty. It would have helped if they had toasted any of them, but such was not the case. The olive and tomato focaccia was very greasy, and the bottom of the pizzas were damp, like they had not been properly cooled (on a wire rack, for example) after baking. Also each piece was huge, and not cut, which made it hard to eat.

I haven't had their cakes and sweets except for a banana one, which I found overly sweet. So I might give them another chance for sweet bakes, but I've given up on all their...

Slowest service ever. Today (6th of December 2021 around 14.30), i did witness that 3 people were preparing one single order and while i was waiting around 10 mins or maybe more.. at the end one of them started to take my order, with permission of the manager. While he was preparing mine, the manager took him from my order and put him again previous order which wasn’t able to be prepared by three people!!! It is hard to understand how come three people weren’t able to prepare one single order. More importantly how come the manager took away the staff member while he was taking my order without replacing him… this is disrespectful!!! This is unacceptable!!! This is incompetence!!! Still very angry and dont think will calm down anytime soon....
