赤羽の商店街にあるラーメン店の一つ。店頭に掲げられている看板の、木彫りで金の装飾がよく目立つ。入口の印象では店内は狭いように思えるが、実際の店内は奥行きがあり、席数も比較的多い。席の構成はほとんどがカウンター席となっている。 入り口付近の券売機で食券を購入するスタイルであるが、テーブルに着席した後に注文することも出来る。スタッフの接客対応もそつがなく、はきはきとした声で好感を持てる。 このラーメン店の特徴の一つとして、美しい盛り付けが挙げられる。しかも盛り付けのために給仕が遅れるということはほとんど無い。弾力がありながら喉越しもいい麺と、丁度いい塩気のスープだけでなく、見た目の美しさも楽しめる。鶏肉や鶏卵を使った料理も豊富で、いずれも美味しい。 近隣には多くの飲食店があるが、もし迷ったらお勧めできる店の一つと言える。

From the impression of the entrance, the inside of the restaurant seems to be small, but the actual interior is deep and has a relatively large number of seats. Most of the seats are counter seats. You can purchase a meal ticket from the ticket vending machine near the entrance, but you can also order after being seated at a table. The staff is friendly and helpful, and their voices are crisp and clear. One of the features of this ramen restaurant is the beautiful serving. In addition, there is rarely a delay in serving because of the presentation. You can enjoy not only the beautiful appearance of the Ramen but also noodles with resilient yet smooth and soup with moderately salty. そんなはやし田から同じスープを使用した”塩らぁ麺”が9月1日より新販売されていて、王道の醤油らぁ麺とどちらにしようか悩ましくもあったのですが。

やはりここはまずは王道を制してからだと醤油らぁ麺を選ばせていただきました🍜
