2025/4/18 えいちつー麺(1300円) チャーシュー(500円) 魚変玉(350円) 肉目当てに行って全てに満足して帰る 【店舗情報】 2019年8月10日オープン。 日々研鑽を続け、オリジナルな味わいを追求する どの系統にも属さない豚骨醤油ラーメンのお店。 【今回注文】 2025年4月中旬。 職場が変わり、千葉方面へのアクセスが容易に。 なので前々から気になっていたこちらへ初訪問。 相互フォロワーさんがこちらのお店で 美味そうなラーメン、というか肉を SNSにちょくちょくアップするものだから 滅茶苦茶行きたかったんですよね～。 その「美味そうだな～」が積もりに積もり 特製トッピング入りであるえいちつー麺に 更にチャーシューを追加する事態に。 【ビジュアル】 ぶ厚く大判なお肉が七分咲きした見た目。 なんかどこかの企業のマークか紋章で こういう羽根モチーフのものがあったような。 さて夢にまで見たお肉。たっぷりといただきます。 【スープ】 乾物系の旨味と苦みがガツンと効いており しかし口当たりと後味は意外にも オールドタイプの家系のように ぽってりとした鶏＆醤油豚骨を感じるスープ。 一般的な豚骨魚介とは全く異なる味わいで不思議。 そして胡麻＆ネギが魚介と醤油豚骨の ダブルで相性が良く、増したいぐらい。 これは唯一無二のスープだなぁ。 【具材】 そしてお目当てのお肉。煮豚ですね。 それが分厚く大判サイズで乗る。 牛フィレステーキか？ってぐらい さっぱりみっしりとした肉質。豚モモかな。 下味は王道に醤油。味付けはほんのりで 追加で上からカエシ醤油＆胡椒がかかっており 白米よりビールが欲しくなる味。 下品にマヨネーズぶっぱして食べてみたい。 増してよかったなぁ。 【麺】 黄の色合いが濃く、パツっとした中太平打ち麺。 予め油分がコーティングされているのか 表面はさらっとつるっとしたタイプ。 なんというか富士宮やきそばの麺みたい。 苦ウマぽってり醤油豚骨に麺をどう合わせるか 想像つかなかったが、過度にスープを乗らせず 時間経過してもダレにくい麺は 個性的なスープの主張を殺さず＆変化させずで 納得の相性と言える。 【和え玉】 魚変玉という名前の和え玉も注文。 こちらは濃厚煮干ラーメンでよく見かける パキパキの細ストレート麺での提供。 背脂、ほぐし豚、魚粉、胡椒、ネギが乗り ラーメン同様？の醤油タレにていただく。 ラーメンのスープが苦ウマなおかげか 背脂の甘味に過敏になっており 肉量で腹パンとなった状態でもスルスルいける。 甘いもの（脂）は別腹（脂肪）ってやつか。 【所感】 節系の苦みが効いた豚骨醤油は ありそうでなかったタイプのスープ。 目当てのお肉は期待値通りの満足感。 来て良かったと思える一杯でした。 店内メニューにあった極肉麺が気になったが 店員さんに伺ったところ常連さんメニューらしい。 ならば次回はチャーシュー追加×２して セルフ肉麺にしていただいてみようと思う。

After 3 weeks of road trip in Japan, after having tasted several very good ramen, this is in my opinion the best ramen I have eaten so far. Without doubt the best ramen in Japan. Discovered from the Louis-San channel, I thought it was perhaps overpriced but in fact no. You absolutely have to taste it, incredible experience. PS: the chef is so welcoming and smiling, it was a huge pleasure to meet him.

After 3 weeks of road trip in Japan, after having tasted several very good ramen, this is in my opinion the best ramen I have eaten so far. Without doubt the best ramen in Japan. Discovered from the Louis-San channel, I thought it was perhaps overpriced but in fact no. You absolutely have to taste it, incredible experience. PS: the chef is so welcoming and smiling, it was a huge pleasure to meet him.

The owner (assumed) welcomed me in and I ordered the largest ramel bowl. Whole waiting, I just remembered I don't have cash on me so I asked if they accept card and if not, I go withdraw some cash He said don't worry, enjoy the meal first then go get money later and pay. What a cool guy. Ramen arrived and it was delicious and took away my fatigue completely. He played some American tunes like Bon Jovi in his shop. Totally...

We had a good experience here. My sons said that this was their favorite meal during our trip. The broth was so much different from the typical ramen bowls one os familiar with. The seeving was quite hefty. I just found mine a bit too salty but it was still delicious nonetheless. The restaurant has limited seating and I think they tend to be full with reservations. We were lucky that we managed to get seats...
