I was celebrating birthday party on February 20, Saturday.
When the restaurant staff called me to confirm the reservation 2 days before the event, I told my name, explained, that this will be my birthday party and asked whether the birthday present (parfait/cake) could be provided. The operator confirmed, that it will be provided.
When I came to the place (17:00), I again introduced myself. However, around 19:20-19:30 I realized, that staff doesn't know, that I ordered a birthday present for myself. I explained to the waiter again and asked to bring this parfait/cake whether possible.
As a result, the staff brought it to another person, who I invited to my birthday party, but who was sitting on the opposite side of the table, and started congratulating him. It confused all of my friends who was attending, especially this person.
Then they realized, that they brought it to the wrong place, came to my chair, tried to sing the "Happy Birthday" song, but they told that... they don't know or forgot my name...
Frankly speaking, I first time see such rude attitude.
You have good cuisine, good location, good view, however such attitude ruined everything. Our bill was quite expensive, but for such amount your service and attitude to the client was...
Read moreCame on a Friday night with a group of 3 people and no wait to be seated. Decorations for Halloween were a nice aesthetic. The restaurant was pretty crowded and loud though, with lots of chatter and music. There was a nice view of the Rainbow Bridge but unfortunately all the tables by the window were already taken by the time we arrived.
Ordered the Baby Back Ribs, Cajun Shrimp Pasta, Tex Mex Pasta, Tableside Guacamole, and some drinks. All tasted amazing, but the Tex Mex Pasta was definitely a lot bigger than expected. Its serving was definitely bigger than the Cajun Shrimp pasta. Tableside Guacamole was great because they mix it fully at your table and you can point out which ingredients you don’t want in it.
For drinks, the only special ones we got were the blue raspberry and mango pineapple. Both were very good. And for dessert, we ordered the limited special for Halloween, which was the Oreo Grave. Previously had the Brownie Obsession and this Oreo dessert was sooo much better in comparison. Loved in and wish they had it not just seasonally.
Service was great, attentive and kind. Can’t wait to have...
Read moreWent with a friend on a Saturday night. The place was busy but so large that we were seated quickly. The staff are friendly and helpful. The menu is in Japanese and English. The food is solidly good, with a few exceptions. The cocktail is 75% ice, which means I paid 900yen for a shot's worth of cocktail. But I also ordered a double, so I'm not sure what magic they use to include the double alcohol and mixers in a shot and a half's worth of cocktail. The chicken strips (not the tenders) and potato skins are delicious. The nachos were every, every salty with scant toppings. The ribs are pretty good. I forgot that the chicken was thigh meat, not breast meat, so a little disappointed. The fries were served in a pool of meat juice and sauce, so they were soggy by the time they arrived. The loaded mashed potatoes were no such thing. They were underhydrated and paste-y. I won't order the loaded mashed potatoes or the chicken again. I'll return...
