☕ My order: Blend coffee black without sugar and Daniblanc

Food - 3/5 The taste was good, however the roll at the bottom was pretty hard and difficult to eat with cutlery. Just eating with my fingers made it easier but made a mess with the molten ice and the caramel sauce. Daniblanc is essentially a sweet with a warm Chelsea bun at the bottom, topped with vanilla ice cream, a sauce (I had caramel) and fruits or nuts (I had almonds).

Drinks 4/5 The coffee was a solid black coffee without any special extras or any special taste to speak of. Normal coffee, normal taste, a little bitter.

Atmosphere 1/5 I felt like it was purely functional which made it feel a little too cold for my taste. Moreovrr everything is a little run down with very clear signs of usage, from the stairs, over the chairs, to the walls...

Cleanliness 3/5 The toilet itself was clean, but the sink and the rest of the room were soso. Alright enough to stay and drink my coffee but definitely something to improve.

I usually come here to study before class since the food is good and the cafe has a calm atmosphere and a lot of seating space. The people working here are also always nice and do a really great job. I didn't know that much japanese when I started coming here but they have always been patient and easy to understand. I really recomend this cafe...

Very nice casual spot. Came here to get a bite to eat before a day thrifting in Koenji.
