A good stable ramen place to have in your neighborhood. Flavor is delicious but not too rich. Has some fair amount of vegetables in the ramen instead all meat. The spices or spicy oil that can be added to the ramen are very fragrant and appetizing. If this place were any closer to our apartment we would eat it a lot more often, whenever we don't feel like cooking. Never too crowded and staff is so far discrete and polite, not like in most chains you can feel staff is stressed or in a bad mood. Feels like a well-run business.

The tsukemen is so chewy and nice! Order the special edition broth, it’s the tastiest! The dandan broth is too spicy for us. If you’re not a big eater, the small portion is filling enough. The medium portion was way too much and we couldn’t finish it.

2019年5月　平日の22:30頃訪問。閉店間際の店内は2～3人くらい。中華そば490円が安く惹かれたのでそのチケットを買ってカウンターに座り、お茶をコップに注ぐ。飲んで吐き出す。つけ麺用の割りスープだった。どおりで生臭い。待つこと7分ほどで到着。鶏・豚・魚介のスープは旨味多めだがやや甘い。角の立った細ストレート麺はゴムっぽい弾力があるコシの強いもの。天下一品の麺を思い出しながら食べ進めると主張がきつく飽きてくる。しかも麺量は割と多め。肩ロースのチャーシューは厚みよく筋繊維程よくしっかりで、旨味が十分残っていて美味しい。お店がオープンしてすぐの頃(2016年2月くらいか)に行っときよりかなり美味しくなったと思います。コスパもかなり良い。--------------------2020年8月 平日の20:00頃訪問。つけ麺300g730円の食券を購入。麺もっちり弾力あって、喉越しもよくて旨い。つけダレは魚介と豚の風味がしっかりしていて、塩味強くて甘味もあって、バランスがけっこういい。---------------2023年3月　平日の21:00頃訪問。先客は5人。中華そばをリニューアルとしたと店頭のポスターにあったので、中華そば並690円を券売機で購入。待つこと13分ほどで供される。スープは海老か貝由来なのか、独特の強い香りとコクを感じる。麺はひだと縮れの入ったかなり強烈なウェービーなスタイルで、ブリブツな食感。もう少し弾力が欲しい。このウェーブゆえに、スープを大量に持ち上げるが、口の中で味が濃くなりすぎる。加えて麺量も多く、後半は飽きが襲って来る。チャーシューはギュチっとした歯応えがあり、ラーメン全体にハード・パワフル志向のコンセプトがうかがえたが、バランスはよくない印象でした。
