If you’re ever near Tokyo GO. HERE. I went to Japan for the first time ever and spent 3 weeks there. I went to Hiroshima, Kyoto, Osaka, Shinjuku and Tokyo and THIS RESTAURANT’S ramen won time and time again! I couldn’t get enough of their ramen AND rice combo and I loved their welcoming smiles. I promise you I have not tasted better ramen anywhere in Japan and when I return I will definitely return again and again! I had lunch and dinner there no less than 4 times in the amount of time I was in japan. Great food. Great atmosphere. Busy for dinner. But understandable when your food is the best around. I even have this place started on google maps because I never want to forget...
I arrived at the store before noon, and since it was a weekday, I was prepared to wait in line.
I got to the seat and received the fried rice and ramen ticket in 2-3 minutes, and the ramen arrived while I was eating 2-3 bites.
Fried rice has the flavor of baked egg whites and the flavor of soy sauce, and is slightly moist, but has a crisp feel.

soy sauce taste as fried rice, and it has a refreshing texture without feeling greasy, and the chemical seasoning is modest and not too strong. The base is topped with a heaping amount of Kujo green onions and bean sprouts. The noodles are the same plump, medium-thin straight noodles as the Kyoto main store. They pick up the soup well and have a chewy texture that goes down well. And it's fun to change the texture.
The compatibility with fried rice is excellent, so you can eat it without feeling uncomfortable even if you eat it in conversation, and it is a perfect combination even if you eat ramen first and then soup...
Read moreWe were in the mood for ramen but wanted something lighter than tonkotsu, so we decided to search online and found this place. Despite its appearance, the broth was surprisingly black, yet it turned out to be light and flavorful, just what we were looking for! The price was very reasonable as well. We ordered a large ramen with extra green onions, which came to 1100 yen (1000 yen + 100 yen). Next time, I'd love to try their fried rice as it looked amazing. The store had a clean environment, and the service was...
