Tokyo🎀|Best place to buy Hello Kitty isn't Sanrio but Don Quijote🐧 First off: I've already got a bunch of exclusive & collab items! This time, I just wanted to check out some rare, less common special editions. Straight off the plane, I headed to Asakusa Sanrio (only had some 50th-anniversary and regular stuff) 📍Asakusa Sanrio 〒111-0032 Tokyo, Taito City, Asakusa, 1 Chome−17−5 You can find the pudding🍮 head Kitty in Asakusa (turns out it's just a costume change😅) 📍Ueno Sanrio 〒111-0032 Tokyo, Taito City, Ueno, 4 Chome−8−6, Plaza U, 1F Got some Ueno exclusives! Not a wasted trip! The rest were mostly regular items though. 📍Ginza Sanrio 〒104-0061 Tokyo, Chuo City, Ginza, 4 Chome−1−先, Nishi Ginza 2F Last time my friend went, they had loads of special editions! This time, only 50th-anniversary and regular stuff. PS: Most Sanrio stores have regular items, so I won't list them all! Just go to Ueno for shopping, and Asakusa for some pics. 💗🩵💗 If you're looking to collect special editions, head straight to the nearby Don Quijote (search for MEGA on the map and check the nearby ones for deals! It's a bit of a gamble though!) Also, keep an eye out for small shops on the street! You might snag some special editions there too. 💓A lot of people love the 🎎kitty, but I only found it in Roppongi at Don Quijote. 📍〒106-0032 Tokyo, Minato City, Roppongi, 3 Chome−14−10 #JapanTravel #TokyoExploration #MyDailyLife #Tokyo #TokyoTravel #TokyoShopping #JapanShopping #HelloKitty #HelloKitty50thAnniversary #Sanrio #SanrioSanrio #TokyoLife

Don Quijote is a must-visit souvenir shopping spot for foreign tourists visiting Japan for sightseeing or shopping. This is Japan's leading discount shop! Of course it's a duty free shop♪ From the subway “Roppongi” station… When you reach the ground level at [Exit 5], walk immediately and turn left. Turn left again at the large "Roppongi" intersection in front of you. The building will be on your left after walking about 220 meters along the sidewalk of Gaien Higashi-dori, a large road called Tokyo Route 319. If you go to the ground level from [Exit 3], walk immediately and turn right. Cross the large "Roppongi" intersection in front of you to the pedestrian crossing on the other side. Turn right immediately after crossing. The building will be on your left after walking about 220 meters along the sidewalk of Gaien Higashi-dori on Tokyo Route 319, a large road. I think the selection of items for sale is quite specialized for foreign tourists. The products on display are quite different compared to regular stores for Japanese people in Japan (^o^;) As you all know, "Don Quijote" is one of the leading comprehensive discount stores in Japan. It's nice to be able to shop for a variety of products at low prices in a place like this in Roppongi (^^) So, to put it another way, it is a very valuable and attractive store for foreign tourists. If you only take a quick peek while sightseeing and do some shopping, you probably won't have enough time. Since this is a great opportunity, we recommend that you spend 40 to 50 minutes exploring the store as if it were a sightseeing experience. I think the product lineup is full of colors and has product elements that foreigners will find interesting and that will be useful, give a good impression, and give a sense of value as souvenirs unique to Japan. ((o(´∀`)o)) Just by wandering around this store, you can feel and learn about things that are a microcosm of Japan. Don Quijote Roppongi store sells alcoholic beverages, snacks, daily necessities, consumables and miscellaneous goods, cosmetics, health foods, medicines, hygiene products, cleaning supplies, baby products, foods, drinks, medical supplies, and kitchen/cooking products. Supplies, interior, bedding, aroma, souvenirs, party goods, toys, bags, carrying cases, sporting goods, pet supplies, outdoor, shoes, rain gear, electronics, beauty furniture, cosmetic parts, smartphone parts, light bulbs, games, stationery, They sell carpentry tools, branded products, watches, glasses, perfumes, jewelry, contacts, high-end alcohol, electronic cigarettes, rough goods, etc., and we can purchase them (≧∇≦)b Well then, foreign tourists I wish you good luck ( ´ ▽ ` )ノ

Don Quijote is a must stop when in Japan. Lots of everything. This location has 6 floors. I assume all are the same and not wheelchair friendly. Isles are very small at times. The one cashier we got was very critical of our tax free items. If paying by credit card, you have to buy with the person’s card you are using the passport with. Then they put some items in a sealed bag that you are not supposed to open until you have left Japan… needless to say, very annoying when they put a snack in there! They didn’t ask me before they did it.needless to say to say that bag was opened and snack consumed.

Don Quijote Roppongi is a bustling discount store that offers a vast selection of products, from snacks and cosmetics to electronics and souvenirs. The store's quirky layout and colorful displays make it a fun shopping experience. Prices are generally affordable, and it’s a great place to find unique Japanese items. Open late, it's perfect for late-night shopping or last-minute gifts. The atmosphere can be a bit chaotic, but that adds to its charm. Overall, a must-visit for anyone exploring Roppongi!

Good Don Quijote store at Roppongi; wide selection of the products with reasonable or great prices. I love to shop around the Don Quijote store and can always find something surprising. Recommended it! The environment at this location was not big for a comfortable shopping and the building interior was old and the dirty spots could be found easily at most of the corners of the walls. But it’s still not bad for shopping around.
