ここは「タンドールロティ」があります！(初体験)

みなさんナマステ、ランチに行ってきました。

連れと4人で行き、ロティセット、ミックス野菜プーラオ、ライタ、バトゥーラなどを食べました。

ロティとは別名チャパティと呼ばれることもある薄くて何のようには膨らまないパンケーキ、インド、ネパールの現地ではこれが主食で、ナーンはタンドール釜がないので食べません。ただロティをすぐに出せるお店は無く、仲良くなってから事前に言って用意してもらうのが唯一の手立て、そんな中、ここではタンドールでパリパリでテカテカのロティを提供し、かつお変わりし放題！いわゆるロティ、チャパティとは少し違いますが、もちろん美味しいです

ロティセットはダルカレーが固定です。

バトゥーラは揚げナン、風船のように膨らんだナーン生地のパンケーキ、熱々の生地をちぎると中から湯気がモアっと出てきます。数人で分けると良いでしょう、微かに甘く香りもして美味しいです。

ライタは簡単に言えば、しょっぱいヨーグルトサラダ。塩の入ったヨーグルトに少し刻んだ小さな野菜入ってます、冷たいので辛いカレー、熱々の料理の休憩に向いてます。個人的には沢山は食べたくないですが、連れのライタ好きは美味しいと言っていました。

ミックス野菜プーラオはビリヤニみたいなフライドライスで味付けも美味しくご飯ものが好きな方にオススメです。

ディナーや他のメニューも試しにまた行きたいと思います。

There where Tandor Loti can be eaten !

Say Namaste to everyone, I took lunch there.

Visited with companies, ordered Loti set, Mixed vegetable polaoo, Raita, Bathura and so on.

Loti is kinda pancake (other term is Chapati) that is staple food in Nepal and India. Naan requires Tandor oven to make that is why they don’t eat it usually. In Japan there’s nothing to eat loti in restaurants but only way to bite it is get close to the chefs and ordered before going.

Amazingly here, crispy and shiny(by oil) lotis baked by tandoor provided and even you can eat eternally. It is different from ordinal loti or chapati, you ca enjoy.

The curry along loti was dal curry only.

Bathura is fried naan that looks like balloon. When you ‘re ripping it, hot steam comes out. Better to share it with your company, smells good slightly sweet ad yummy.

Raita is simply describe that salty yogurt. It is cool ad tiny chopped veges inside that ease hot and spicy stuffs. For me personally not really eat as that amount but my company who likes Raita said it is really good.

Mixed vegetable polaoo is like fried rice (not biryani) was delicious, nice seasoning. If you like rice stuffs or and want to order except naan or loti I recommend it.
