仕事帰りに神田駅に向かう途中、新しいラーメン屋さんを発見。看板の美味しそうな写真に惹かれそのまま店内へIN!メニューは醤油と塩がありどちらもつけ麺を選ぶことができる。塩ラーメンが好きな私なんですがその日は暑い日だったので迷わず塩つけ麺を選ぶ。店内はカウンターとテーブル席があり綺麗でお洒落な和テイスト。BGMのジャズもお洒落感UP。店員さんは若い男性2人で非常に優しい対応をしてくれる。そうこうしているうちに塩つけ麺が登場!早速イタダキマス!!
見た目:全部乗せを頼んだので、白髪ねぎ・チャーシュー・もやし・ほうれん草・メンマ・半熟 卵が乗っており結構食べ応えが有りそう。そして綺麗!
スープ:あっさりしていて旨い!!濃すぎず、薄すぎず絶妙な味加減。ちょっとすっぱさを感 じたのでお店の人に聞いてみると少しお酢が入っているとのこと。塩ラーメンにお 酢!意外だが塩とお酢のコントラストのせいか味に深みが増し、飲めば飲むほど惹 きつけられる。最後の割りスープで飲むのが楽しみだ。
