وصلنا إلى هذا المطعم وكانت المعاملة جيدة ومحترمة في البداية، لكن سرعان ما تحول الوضع إلى أن جاء موظف من المطعم ووبخنا أمام الناس مما سبب لي ولعائلتي إحراجًا. والسبب هو أننا تناولنا رقائق برينجلز معنا، ورغم أننا طلبنا سلطة ومعكرونة وشاي وشوكولاتة ساخنة من المطعم، لم نكن نعلم أن ذلك مخالف لسياسة المطعم. كان من الممكن تحذيرنا بطريقة محترمة. لا تهمني جودة الطعام، فجوهر الإنسان هو الأهم في أعيننا وليس المظهر. تحدثت مع الموظف بطريقة محترمة، لكنه ظل يجادل ويقول إن هذا منطق! معذرة يا أخي. أليس الجهل عذرًا للإنسان؟ أنا لست ابن هذا البلد. كانت تجربة سيئة أفسدت الجو ونسيت ساكورا التي ملأت المكان جمالًا.

We came to this restaurant and the treatment was good and respectful at first, but soon the situation turned to an employee from the restaurant came and scolded us in front of people which caused me and my family embarrassment. The reason is that we ate pringles chips with us and even though we ordered salad, pasta, tea and hot chocolate from the restaurant. We did not know that it is against the restaurant's policy. We could have been warned in a respectful way. I do not care about the quality of the food, the essence of a person is the important thing in our eyes not the appearance. I spoke to the employee in a respectful way, but he kept arguing and saying that this is logic! Excuse me, brother. Is ignorance not an excuse for a person? I am not the son of this country. 5 stars and beyond for the location. Food is tasty, price reasonable. Have vegetarian menu' and also accommodate vegans. Note: the restaurant is usually runned by only two people (chef and waiter) who cannot always offer a satisfactory service especially when the restaurant gets suddenly crowded. You might have to call the staff for every need and wait to be served. They does not speak english and their tentative to communicate with customers might lead to misunderstandings. Also their sense of hospitality might disappoint...

Amazing location, right by the park, with both indoor and outdoor seating. They provide heaters and blankets as well. The service was good, with staff speaking good English. We ordered the pasta set menu. The food was decent (ordered the pasta sets). The appetizers and salad were pretty tasty but the pasta didn't stand out. It is their own take of spaghetti with pork and miso and I felt like the sauce could have had more punch. The bread is nice but it's not an authentic focaccia. Overall, good experience but not...
