I came at 5pm on a Thursday, but they were completely reserved. I returned on Monday at 4pm and it was completely empty so I enjoyed my stay. There is no English menu and the staff’s English is very limited, so it’s best if you know some Japanese or have Google translate. After being seated, the waitress told me that I needed to buy one drink, so I got a Calpis sour. It was strong enough to taste the alcohol, but not nasty. The menu had various different unique and creative items and they had a couple more items written on the wall. I love ikura so I ordered the ikura cocktail, ikura hosomaki, the fatty salmon and the 4 types of tuna. Maybe I shouldn’t have ordered all at once 🤭, they first brought the ikura cocktail, a large helping of salmon roe on top of rice in the martini glass. Then you can make a bit yourself with the seaweed and cucumber. This is where I messed up. With the calpis sour as the only thing in my tummy, I was a bit too unstable to promptly make my food, then everything else came and I scrambled to eat everything fresh. The salmon hosomaki was sprinkled with salmon roe on top, though the salmon inside was a bit small and the rice felt too tightly packed. The two pieces of salmon nigiri were really good. The four pieces of tuna were maguro, chutoro, maguro topped with black truffle, and otoro. These were all tasty and had a unique taste. The waitress was nice...

If you want to come here just for the oyster buffet. It’s worth it but a rather stressful experience because: All of the staff members don’t speak English at all and can converse with them only through google translate which have wasted good amount of time while we were having the buffet. The oyster buffet is only valid for 1hr counting down from the moment you touches the iPad menu. Dining time is 90mins

The shucking takes forever (about 25mins) which we thought they deliberately did it on purpose to limit the qty served. After 25mins the oyster came (about 12 of them as I only ordered 12) and knowing the size it’s definitely not enough and i immediately ordered 72pcs (12 for each pax).

As the oysters came I continued pace and ordered before the 1hr countdown ends on the iPad which totalled about 306 oysters! Each of us ate 51pcs, a little too much imo! Good thing is that they delivered!

A rollercoaster ride in the overall dining experience. No doubt the price is really cheap (about ¥2500 per pax and you must order extra drink for each pax which we thought is fine). Will I come back? A solid yes after knowing the clear rules for a smooth dining experience.

Also worried for the next day toilet date initially but no signs of diarrhoea!😆 oysters are as fresh...

worst service ever in Japan. We were party of 5 having drink and supper at this restaurant. We were told that the restaurant was full of reservation except for outside patio. We did not have any choice but having dinner at the patio. The staff only give us 1 tiny heater under the blanket covered table . it was not enough for 5 to get warm, so I asked the staff if tshe can set up another heater for us . answer was NO!!! we were all frozen!! 6 degree celsius!!! The worst thing is that when we got there, there was one table open. I asked the staff if we can have the table until the reservation group get there. off courses, answer is No!!. By the time we all finished our meal, the group finally showed up. I understand japanese reservations policy which so showing up more than 15min, they will cancell the reservation. It would be much better service if they could organize their reservation time and be more proactive. This is really disappointing experience at this restaurant and i will not...

A friend recommended this place so I was excited to try it. It’s like a sushi restaurant meets an izakaya, with a very laidback atmosphere with a fun ambiance. There’s inside and outside seating. Everything I ate was great, from the yuzu fries to the assorted sushi to the fried oysters. But the best thing was the fish egg (いくら) with cucumber and seaweed. It’s a must get. The service was a bit messy and not super friendly, but not rude either. Overall it’s worth a visit.
