For the price $180 definitely lacks attention to detail: -All sushis made super rushed. Junior chef forgot two courses, which I had to ask for. No craftmanship in sushi. Just hastily made. All fish is pre-cut instead of being cut from a larger piece. -Bathroom is indeed horrifying. They also DO NOT have bath soap and when asked, the response was that SushiEn doesn’t own the bathroom (because it is shared in the building), which I found to be a ridiculous answer. Sushi variety was mediocre. Crab meat mixed was very salty. I was not able to finish some of the sushi because it was too salty. The chef mixed too much soy sauce into the sushi rice. I was offered an Uni tasting with additional charge. We ordered one set. All three uni were not good at all. Overall, the first Omakase experience in Ginza was very...
