Tokyo Eats: A Personal Take on My Recent Dining Adventures

Okay. I will write here a review (although I did not eat here) to give you an important advice. This sushi restaurant has on Monday all-you-can-eat. If you plan to go there on Mondays, go there in time!!! I went there for the all-you-can-eat. It opened at 11:00 and I got there at 10:55. Surprise surprise! There were around 50 people on the street waiting for the restaurant to open. There was no waiting queue, as the restaurant has a machine giving you tickets with a number on it indicating your place in the queue. And my place... was number 404. So there where 403 people in front of me waiting to get in. Unfortunately I did not have the time to get back later. I asked a Japanese person there and he said he came there at 8 in the morning to receive a better ticket. If I were to come again, I would come at 7:00 or 7:30. So if you plan to go there on Mondays, be sure you have a plan. Otherwise you do not stand a chance. I gave it 5 stars because it looked very promising. (just think of it: 400 people waiting to get in, even if it has not even opened yet)

・Midori Sushi after a long time As usual, the fish was fresh and large, and the food was filling and satisfying. I've heard they're also offering delivery service these days, but I prefer to eat at a restaurant. ・I've been going to this sushi restaurant since I was a college student. It's very crowded, but I still get the same great sushi, so I often come here. You can't miss the seared food lol ・We went out for sushi to celebrate the end of 2020 and my friend's passing of her professional license! We didn't order the sushi set this time, but enjoyed ordering a variety of seafood snacks and sushi a little at a time while drinking . It's always really good! It was a great way to end the year. I hope next year will be a good one for everyone.

Found out about this place from the nice lady who's located in the hello kitty information station. The info station is pretty much a train cart that they place in the streets. She highly recommended this place and we was glad that we took her advice. Before the restaurant even opened, there was already a line outside that stretched about 20+ people. We ended up waiting around 45 mins. Once we sat down and ordered the sushi sets, it was SO FRICKIN GOOD. It may as well be one of my top tasting sushi places, but idk if it may have to do anything with me being hungry. The staff was nice and the food was super fresh. I recommend their crab paste and their sashimi. I would def come back.

This place is simply a local gem. I’ve been visiting it occasionally for dinner and lunch for over several years and it never disappointed. The quality of ingredients is superb, the variety of fish and seafood options would likely to satisfy the most demanding customer, the proportion of rice and fish in sushi puts this place place far ahead of many other local places within similar price range. It’s unlikely to be seated for a walk-in customer and waiting in queue often requires, but it worth it! For reservations though, it would be nice to have an option to spare the minimum spending amount on what customer prefers and not be forced into special set!

First and foremost, this is a great place to get sushi at for an amazing price. The quality of the meat and rice to meat ratio are great. Short of going to places that cost more than 100 USD, you will get your monies worth here. However, it is important to make a reservation here as walking in will likely result in and hour or two wait (unless you get hear as they open). They have a ticket number system, but it doesn't really work as if you miss when they call your number, you can still go in ahead of everyone else who stayed to wait. In short, grab a number, come back whenever, and you will still be seated ahead of everyone else short of a group or two.
