A brutally honest review

The academic support provided by teachers and professors is satisfactory, as they offer valuable guidance and educational information. However, the support offered by the university staff is a source of disappointment. Despite paying $10,000 annually, which may represent a significant portion of a student's income from a part-time job, students are treated poorly. The 学生対応相談室, which translates to "discussion room for students," does not allow for any discussion. Students are not warned or advised about grading policies, and failing a subject can result in the loss of a significant amount of time and effort.

Upon seeking assistance from the international student support center, it was suggested that the 学生対応相談室/教務課, which is responsible for revising grades and rescheduling classes, be consulted. Unfortunately, the personnel in this department are notoriously unhelpful, and adhere strictly to Japanese etiquette, which can lead to poor treatment of students, particularly international students.

It is regrettable that grades cannot be rechecked, even if a student believes there has been a mistake, due to the controversial nature of the issue. Moreover, the only rule seems to be that students are not allowed to provide any feedback or opinions.

In light of these experiences, I strongly advise prospective students who are considering studying in Japan to think twice before enrolling in a university. I have heard similar complaints from peers at other universities, who are hesitant to voice their concernsA brutally...

学校自体は素晴らしいです。私が在学していた学科は救命士の国家資格に向けてしっかりと勉強を教えてくれました。特に驚いたのが、大学院生の方々が熱心に教えてくださり、まるで塾のような対応をしてくださりました。おかげさまで無事、国家試験を合格することができました。学費以上のことをしてくださり、本当に国士舘大学に入学して良かったと感じました。 一個不満があるとしたら…他の方々も書いていますが、「履歴書の書き方、会社に履歴書を送る際に気をつけること」などを全学科で教えた方が良いと感じました。それくらいです。

星3の理由ですが…大学とは関係なく、部活関係で色々あり、3に致しました。

卒業後、在学中に住んでいたアパートを再契約し、引き続き住むことにしました。ある日、アパートの前で作業をしているとラグビー部の子と目が合い、「何か用？どうした？」と聞くと喧嘩腰で対応され、その後も睨みつけられ、馬鹿にするような態度を取られました。個人的にあり得なかったのが、「国士舘」とかかれたジャージでその態度をとっていたのがあり得ません。大学の看板を背負っているのに何をしているのか。思わず呆れて笑ってしまいました。

学校と部活側に伝え、本人には処罰が下るようです。「処罰」だけではなく、しっかり礼儀を教えてあげて下さい。大学の後輩ということもあり、話し合いで解決しましたが…もし、私以外の方にあの態度をしていたと考えると…話し合いだけでは解決してないと思います…

こんなことは初めてです。ラグビー部の子達は基本的に礼儀正しく、良い子達ばかりなので、余計にびっくりしました。 他の部活も良い子ばかりです。水泳部や陸上部は特に礼儀正しく、素晴らしいです。

この一人の失態で部全体が批判を受け、部活だけに留まらず大学自体にも迷惑がかかることになるため...
