Visited with colleagues as part of a group that had ordered a party plan around New Year. This is a standard "Italian-style dining experience in a Japanese department store" in every respect, from the decor to the food etc. That is to say that the food isn't bad but nothing special. Salads, pasta and so on are all available. Service on the other hand was fast and efficient, and I was able to get served quite quickly! As part of the set, "All you can drink" options were included (note that you may be given a strict time limit based on your choice of plan). Awesome value for weekday lunch. Salad and starter buffet with choice of a pasta or pizza from 990 yen (plus tax). Add 200 yen for free flow drink bar including house red and white wine. とても残念でした。接客、料理、全てにおいておすすめ出来ません。全ては責任者の教育だと思います。厨房の方は常にマスクをしていただきたいです。ちなみにルッコラのピザを頼んだが、ルッコラはのっておらず豆苗がのっていました笑　本当に美味しくなかったです。

以下詳細追加します ディナータイムで2名で行き店内は1名のみでした。 席に通された後、すぐ後に他の外国人客を真隣の席に通してきた。 広い店内に、1名しかお客がいないのにも関わらず。 店員さんに移動できますか？と確認しすぐに席は変えて貰いました。

その後の店内をみても予約があるわけではなさそうでした。その時の対応は笑顔だったので悪い訳ではないが、そもそもの席の通し方に疑問が残りました。

その後、アラカルトでお肉やパスタ、ピザ、サラダを何個か注文しました。 料理が美味しければ追加で注文する予定でしたが、料理が本当に美味しくなかったです。 料理が美味しいと書いてある方がいるのが信じられないです。 注文したものがたまたま全部美味しくなかったのか？

途中、お冷を入れに来てくれたのですが、失礼しますもなくいきなり水をいれ、何も言わずそのまま去っていきました。

その他、スプーンやフォークの汚れがありました。 上にも書いてありますが、極め付けはルッコラのピザを注文したのに、ルッコラではなく豆苗がのっていたことです。

これに関しては美味しくないうえに意味がわからなすぎて、同行者が店員さんに言おうか迷ってましたが、一刻も早く店をでて、他のお店に行きたかったので言わずにかえりました。 しかしいったい何だったのでしょうか？ ルッコラがきれていて豆苗に代わってるなら注文時に言いますよね？ もしくは本来なら豆苗の上にルッコラがのっているのでしょうか？？のせ忘れですか？？

男性の店員さんが対応をしてくれたのですが、店員さんの態度が悪い訳ではないのです。（女性の方は声をかけたが聞こえなかったのかこわい顔で無視でした。正直いって私に注文をするなというようにかんじました。あくまでも感じたので、そうではないかもですが。）

ただ、良い対応もなかったです。 普通とそれ以下が多数なので対応こイメージは悪いです。これは私の意見ですが、同行者はかなりお怒りでした。全てが失礼すぎると。
