Almost similar to we have, but with a Japanese touch. It was great to find another branch of Shake Shack in Japan, I was told that there are only two (2) of it all over Japan.

The restaurant is good overall and similar to any other Shake Shack branch, my observations are on overall branches: Wooden uncomfortable seats, wish they replace them with something more relaxing. Fizzy drinks refill, although they I was told the drinks are refillable it is still subject to service attendant's assistance. Oily food, the sandwich (bun) is full of oil and makes the sandwich very heavy to digest. Cheese sauce, you can order french fries either plain or with cheese sauce, the cheese doesn't taste good and they pour it directly on the fries.

The food and shakes are fantastic, however this review loses 2 points for the following.

These are somewhat overpriced, when you compare to places like Sunny Burger that is cheaper and slightly better, these feel overpriced and not so sizeable.

Also the queuing system was atrocious, I waited 2 hours to be served, then 25 minutes to get my food and then had to wait 30 minutes to get a seat, since people were taking seats before they even ordered. As you can imagine I ate the food cold and the shake was mostly melted.

If you want to go here, go before lunch time or mid afternoon as the rush period is a nightmare and the fact people can grab seats and waste space for an hour prevents those that line honestly from...

Burger and shake was pretty good, the cheese fries were just awful.

Smoke Shack (double) - decent enough but both a bit salty and generally over-spiced. Far overpriced for what you get and despite being a double was surprisingly small.

Shake was very good but still nothing special, at the price you'd expect double the size or half the price.

Cheese fries - awful, fires were over cooked AND under-salted, considering the pucker inducing quantities of salt and spices that were heaped on the burgers, this was to say the least surprising. Cheese sauce was a yellow goop with mild cheese like flavoring. Think nukable cheese-Wiz but...
