They let us wait for 30 minutes. We had to call them to our table to let them know it’s been 30 minutes, then they realized they have to bring the food right away. This place advertises with “unlimited rice” - BUT the rice cooker was empty for another 30 minutes. Including us and the rest of the restaurant were queuing up to get their refill. On top of all that the self refill water was also empty. So we were left with dry mouths. We had to...
