The Garden is really beautiful with so many flowers. You have to pay 500 JPY entrance ticket when entering the garden. The ticket booth is inside the garden, so you don't need to buy it before queueing. Inside the garden is very crowded, really difficult to get a nice photo without disturbing by other people. It is better if you come early or late where not many people in the garden. If you find it too crowded, you can visit the Torii Senbon because it is free and also a good photo spot. There are also food stalls selling various food such as Takoyaki, Karaage, etc. I tried the takoyaki (big takoyaki) and it tastes amazing. So I recommend for you to stroll around and craving some food. There is also Nezu Shrine where you can pray or just admire the historical and cultural temple. The nearest station is Nezu Station...

I love visiting this shrine anytime of a year. Quiet, compact and relaxing. However, the best time is late April, the azalea flower season. This shrine is very crowded during this season. Azaleas of various colors are planted on the slope, and it is wonderful to see from the bottom, but if you pay the entrance fee of the azalea garden (200-300 yen I thought), you can walk the path among the azaleas. Be sure to walk this path during the azalea season. The azalea is so vivid that it feels like walking in a dream. Apart from the azalea garden, there are places where you can enjoy a lot of red torii gates, as you can see in Kyoto. In addition, you can enjoy the approach to the main gate of the shrine with small shops delicious...

If you are in Tokyo in spring, this is a place you must go. You can see thousands of various colors Azalea flowers around you. It looks like a little paradise. The ticket price is 300 yen and it's really fair. This place can be crowded so keep it that in mind when taking photos. It's really hard to take a photo without people. And also, if you are going for photography, I recommend to avoid mid of the day of super sunny days. I think evenings and mornings would be nice.
