Tokyo Meat Sakaba Shakujii-koen — Restaurant in Tokyo

Fine for Japanese pasta, but not Italian in any way. The meat sauce pasta was much more like ジャージャー麵. The noodles were a little too chewy for al dente pasta and the meat sauce more of a very thick ragu. The meat sauce is served underneath the pasta, and I was told that since the restaurant takes great pride in its noodles, they should be tasted first and then the sauce should be mixed in. This is, well, just stupid (sorry!). Mixing it prior to serving it makes it much less likely that the customer will make a mess and splatter it on themselves. Tasted good though! ディナーでの利用です。 こちらの店は25:00まで営業しており、23時過ぎに帰ってきて、あまりやっている店がないので、選択しました。

日本一おいしいミートソースが有名ですが、以前にテイクアウトで利用したことがありますが、濃厚なミートソースがとても印象に残っています。 ミートソースの食べ方にとてもこだわりを持っているようです。

今回注文したのは 塩麹の鶏唐、牛脂のポテトフライ、前菜３種盛り合わせ と軽めのものです。

どれも次第点の美味しさです。
