First time having coffee in Tully's in the morning. Got a call to attend. ¥650 for a small size ice coffee and a tiny muffin. The breakfast menu seems expensive. Be aware Tully's Internet is very slow compared to Starbucks and they don't allow you to have a video chat or even a phone call inside. The staff literally cut me off in the middle of the call. Why is a phone call not allowed while chatting is ok? I checked the restroom 3 times but it was in use every time, not sure if there was a person inside or just not available in the morning. Have to say it was an unpleasant experience. My takeaway is "Tully's is not for business occasions", and I won't use it again.

落ち着いた雰囲気のベースキャンプ的カフェ 南町田グランベリーパーク駅改札の目の前にあって、ショッピングや遊びの合間に立ち寄るのにちょうど良いロケーション。店内は木の温もりを感じるゆったりとしたレイアウトで、テラス席もあり、天気のいい日は外でまったり過ごすのも気持ちいいです。 • コーヒー：安定のタリーズクオリティ。今回は深煎りの「アニバーサリーリザーブ」をオーダーしましたが、香り高く、濃すぎずまろやかな口あたりでリラックスできました。 • 軽食・スイーツ：スコーンやスイーツも充実していて、季節限定フレーバーのマフィンも気になるラインナップ。今回はベリー系マフィンをチョイスし、ほのかに甘酸っぱく、コーヒーとの相性も抜群でした。 • 接客：スタッフさんは笑顔で気さくな対応。クリスマスやハロウィンといったシーズンごとに飾り付けやおすすめ商品も案内してくれて、さりげない提案が嬉しいです。 • 環境：買い物帰りのファミリーや買い物仲間とおしゃべりするお客さんも多く、活気あり。静かに作業したいなら、平日午後や早朝の時間帯がおすすめです。

The staff are very kind and patient. I love their coffee and their goods for sale. The pepper ham hot sandwich is so yummy and cheesy!
