Plain taste, the worst service.

Despite high expectation as the restaurant is praised highly on Tabelog, the taste is very plain, but on top of that, service is extremey poor and asympathetic.

There is several reviews in here mentioned about how poor service this store is. I was doubt that at first, until I actually experienced it first hand.

We were asked by staffs to order 1 drinks, which all of us did ordered except 1 of my friend who came to venue late due to his/her work. And as normal party does, we have been busy enjoyed our time and totally forget to order last drink for our friend.

We ended up being charged 1100 yen as PENALTY for not ordering the last drink. We did not get any notice from staffs, and staff does not asking for our consent before they charge that on the bill.

When we tried to explain that we just forgot to order and ask that we would like to order now. They just argue back to us with unfriendly tone that they told us in the beginning that that it is 1 drink per 1 person, and blaiming that it is our fault that we are forgot to order.

1100 is definately not much for us, but the sense of being treat as scammer while we just try to enjoy our time is unforgivable attitude and unprofessional as service providers.

I believe that it is mutual respect is foundation of any relationship in business. The restaurant needs immediate improvement of staff’s attitude before it ruins thier reputation they put thier...

ベトナム人なら来ない方が良いかと思っており、サービスはすごくひどくて、日本人友達と一緒に食べに行ったのに… 個人的に言わせれば、お料理はそんなに評判されたほど美味しくなかったです。日本でのベトナム飲食店のわりには、ベトナム人の客を軽視しました。だからこそ、再び来るものですか。

If you are Vietnamese, its better if you dont go to this restaurant. However Im not sure if you are Japanese or foreign looking customers. I went there with my Japanese friend and I was feeling ashamed myself (to my friend) about the terrible service. From my personal opinion, the food wasnt that great as other reviews, maybe it is because Im Vietnamese. The salad was tasting like Thai food to me, the banh xeo was more or less tasteless, and the goi cuon got nothing special to write home about. For a Vietnamese restaurant in Japan, they didnt offer any little bit of Japanese standard of hospitality, and thats the reason I will never come back there again. There are many greater Vietnamese restaurants out there in Tokyo and Japan!!!

I went there with my friend on November 20th. We have arrived at 17:15. We saw the restaurant light up inside and staffs were preparing food. We didn’t know that they open at 17:30 so we were asking them what time do they open? A staff said 17:30. We stood outside about 10 minutes then we asked them to borrow the menu to take a look. We really don’t understand how come a staff passed the menu to us with angry face. Seem like they don’t want to well come customers. If I was there alone I wouldn’t wait anymore but my friend was so hungry so we didn’t want to move to other place. We walked around to change the mood and came back at 17:40. That staff again with angry face showed us the table. We didn’t care about his atitude anymore. So terrible service what I can say. We ordered a dish of fresh spring roll, a crispy pancake and 2 beef noodle. The food is not bad but not so much tasty enough. At last the scrispy pancake was yummy!!! However, we think that the service of restaurant also very important. Customers always would like to come to the restaurant that make them feel happy and good food as well. Customers come to the restaurant to enjoy the food and relax after work. They don’t come to ask free food and received all bad mood from staffs of restaurant.

Mình đi cùng người bạn người Nhật đến quán tối 20/11. Lúc tụi mình đến thấy quán mở điện sáng, bên trong có 5,6 nhân viên đang chuẩn bị thức ăn. Tụi mình không biết mấy giờ quán mở cửa nên bạn mình mở hé cửa hỏi mấy giờ quán mở cửa? Bạn nhân viên bên trong trả lời gắt gỏng ngắn gọn 5:30. Tụi mình đứng bên ngoài chờ hơn 10 phút xong bạn mình muốn mượn menu để xem thực đơn. Bạn nhân viên nam đưa menu cho bạn mình với vẻ mặt tức giận rất khó chịu. Tụi mình ko hiểu vì sao cách xử sự kém lịch sự như vậy của nhân viên đối với khách hàng. Giống kiểu như nhân viên ở đây không muốn tiếp đón khách hàng. Tụi mình nghĩ do chủ quán ko hướng dẫn nhân viên cách phục vụ tiếp đón nói chuyện với khách hay quán này nghĩ đã có lượng khách ổn định nên không cần khách nữa? Trong trường hợp này nếu mình đi 1 mình hoặc đi với chồng mình thì chắc hẳn mình sẽ gửi lời chào đến quán và ra đi không bao giờ quay lại. Nhưng vì bạn mình đang đói bụng và muốn ăn đồ Việt nên mới đi 1 đoạn đường rất xa đến đây nên đành lòng chấp nhận chờ đến giờ mở cửa. Tụi mình quyết định đi dạo vòng vòng gần đó để giết thời gian rồi quay lại lúc 5:40. Bạn nhân viên nam ấy vẫn vẻ mặt khó chịu đó hướng dẫn chổ ngồi. Tụi mình coi như ko quan tâm tới thái độ của bạn nhân viên đó nữa. Cách phục vụ quá tồi tệ theo cảm nhận của mình. Mình gọi 1 dĩa gỏi cuốn, 1 bánh xèo, 2 tô phở no. Thức ăn thì cũng gọi là tạm chứ không phải xuất sắc gì. Món gỏi cuốn tạm được. Phở thì quá nhiều bánh phở, nước thì thiếu vị ngọt và các gia vị khác nhưng lại quá nhiều vị bột ngọt. Cuối cùng gở gạt lại được món bánh xèo giòn và nước chấm tạm ổn thôi, rau sống ăn với bánh xèo hơi thiếu các loại rau thơm. Tuy nhiên dù thế nào đi nữa tụi mình nghĩ rằng thái độ phục vụ của quán rất quan trọng. Khách hàng luôn muốn đến những nơi tạo cho họ cảm giác thân thiện vui vẻ và thức ăn ngon nữa. Khách đi đến ăn để thưởng thức và cần được thoải mái sau ngày làm việc. Chứ không phải đến xin ăn và nhận thêm những bực...
