I met my crush here. She is a staff here. Since the first time I met her, I came here buying stuff 5 times within 3 days (between Wednesday and Friday) just to see her. I wrote a letter, and asked the staff to pass it to her, and hope it can reach her. It's such an unexpected separation but I will never forget the beautiful memories I had at Don Quiote Shin-Okubo Ekimae. It was definitely the best time of my life. Thank you for having her as your employee there.

Don Quijote here is located between Okubo station and Shin Okubo station. So very strategic and easy to find. This building consists of 2 floors, the 1st floor and the basement floor. The interesting thing here is that there are also imported goods from abroad which foreigners usually look for. There are many food products from Southeast Asia in particular such as Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and so on. If i need something i will come here again.

Looking for an everyday item to have around the house? Donki will come to mind. They have a vast selection of tools, accessories, as well as snacks and everyday household items that you may need. There are two floors at this particular one, top being cosmetics/hygrine as well as some electronics and misc while the bottom floor has food, kitchen items, laundry items. My only thing is some stuff was very high and getting it was a reach to get, I am not tall nor am I short but the one time I needed an item it was on the top shelf hanging. AVOID!!! Ojimaseyo. I wasted my time after being all ready to pay after the tax free then all of the sudden their credit card machine would NOT work. At first, the casher asked if I had a different card so I even went back to my hotel and brought all my cards and later come to find out that their machine wouldn’t work. So I had to take some stuff out to fit the budget with cash pay and even then, the casher misinformed me on the whole tax free amount so I ended up just having to pick up a few stuff after going back and forth so much. Plus, they asked if I was Chinese-American, which I am not. I don’t understand why that...
