This was our second time here, and we’re even happier than the first! The quality of the meat is incredible! The prices are very reasonable, and this is the place where you should treat yourself and not hesitate to try every cut of meat on the menu. The chef is passionate and truly inspiring! We had the chance to chat with him at length after dinner about our lives and about Japan in general, which was a wonderful experience for us as French tourists. The chef and his cook are remarkably kind and will give you an unforgettable experience! We’ve tried Wagyu restaurants all across the country (Tokyo, Kawaguchiko, Kyoto, Kobe, Hiroshima…), and we unanimously agree that THIS restaurant was the best! This chef knows the true value of meat and strives to share the authentic taste of Wagyu beef with you.

Read moreThis restaurant is an absolute gem! The wagyu steak was cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, and cooked to absolute melt-in-your-mouth quality. The beef tongue was another highlight, unlike anything I’ve had before, so delicate and full of flavor. Honestly, this was some of the best food I’ve ever had, both inside and outside of the USA.
What made the experience even more special was the chef himself—he was incredibly personable, taking the time to chat with us throughout dinner and share details about the dishes and ingredients. It felt more like being welcomed into someone’s home than just dining at a restaurant.

Japanese side dish vegetables were fresh and flavorful. We just don't get meat this good in the U.S. The staff, including the owner, couldn't be nicer, helping us to choose a fantastic course menu and even helping us cook it on the tabletop grill. They have an excellent California Cabernet at a reasonable price that works perfectly with the meat. It was served in beautiful large glassware, which is not that common in Japan.
